Blueprint Gaming acquires omni-channel games studio
Provider says deal for Games Warehouse will help it deliver more high quality games to the market
Blueprint Gaming has acquired omni-channel gaming provider Games Warehouse from the Harbour Group for an undisclosed sum.
Blueprint said the deal would “significantly boost its operations” and help it deliver more high quality games to the market.
Games Warehouse is a Derby-based operation that supplies games across online, mobile and retail channels.
Its most popular titles include Wild Bandits, Birdz and Gold Strike, which are live with several major operators including Ladbrokes and Sky Betting and Gaming.
Games Warehouse also provides quiz games to bars and pubs.
Following the deal, Games Warehouse staff will continue to operate out of the existing office in Derby, where both the igaming and Skill With Prize (SWP) machine teams will support Blueprint’s development plans.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Games Warehouse team to Blueprint Gaming,” said Matt Cole, managing director of Blueprint Gaming.
“They will support our growth by continuing to develop creative games as well as back Blueprint’s development efforts.
“We are confident that the fit will work very well and we look forward to creating some innovative games together.”
Brandon Bezzant of the Harbour Group added: “Games Warehouse first created the SWP market and more recently successfully evolved into a standalone games developer for online and mobile.
“We are sure that as a part of Blueprint Gaming and the Gauselmann Group, the team can go from strength to strength.”
