888 relocates SVP for commercial to US to drive expansion
Yaniv Sherman will move to the operator’s New Jersey base to spearhead B2B business
888 has revealed plans to relocate its senior VP, head of commercial development, Yaniv Sherman, to New Jersey to spearhead the operator’s expansion in the US.
Sherman will continue to head all commercial projects from the US, including the Dragonfish B2B arm of the business, while also building the firm’s US business.
He was appointed to his role in May 2017 when he assumed responsibility for Dragonfish’s partner account management and day-to-day operations.
CEO Itai Frieberger said: “Yaniv’s relocation to our New Jersey office is another important step in 888’s long-term development in the regulated US market.”
888’s Dragonfish platform is already live in New Jersey, Delaware and Nevada with the firm also operating an interstate-shared poker liquidity network as part of a partnership with Caesars’ World Series Of Poker and the Delaware Lottery.
The operator also plans to launch a New Jersey live casino product, powered by Evolution Gaming.
