Coral bolsters live streaming with app update
Tennis and football live streams added, with new casino games also included in update
 
Coral has bolstered the live streaming capabilities of its iOS app by adding streaming of an increased number of sports as part of a wider app update released yesterday.
The Coral app now includes live streams of both tennis and football events, complementing its existing live stream coverage of horseracing from all UK and Ireland courses.
Coral first integrated live streaming in to its app in February last year following an agreement with At The Races.
Several operators have rolled-out similar updates, with Unibet having integrated live-stream coverage of particular sporting events last month.
Coral also added a host of new casino games to its mobile app after the operator reported that its mobile penetration had increased by almost a quarter to 62% throughout 2013.
The update comes just a week after Coral Interactive announced the acquisition of games developer Cool Games for an undisclosed fee in a move to expand the range of exclusive games in its mobile casino product.
