Oryx Gaming launches new Player Engagement Platform
Platform includes targeted promotions and multi-channel player communications
Oryx Gaming has unveiled its new Player Engagement Platform, which features several functions that are targeted at increasing player engagement and customer lifetime value.
The new platform from Ljubljana-based supplier Oryx, which is owned by the Bragg Gaming Group, includes targeted promotions such as free spins and bonuses and multi-channel communications via SMS, email and social media.
A real time campaign management system, whereby operators can automatically trigger additional content based on a player’s activity to ensure maximum engagement through tailored promotions, will be featured on the platform.
The Player Engagement Platform is powered by the Oryx Data Analytics Platform (DAP) which taps into data from various Oryx platforms and can be integrated into third-party systems for other operators.
Both the Player Engagement Platform and the DAP are compliant with responsible gaming requirements in a number of different jurisdictions.
Matevz Mazij, CEO of Oryx Gaming, said: “Knowing the player is not enough anymore. It also matters how the data is used.
“The Oryx Player Engagement Platform puts data in the right form and makes it easy to use. It enables targeted and personalised marketing, adds a social note to the games and generally improves the player experience off-site and onsite.”
In November, Oryx’s parent company Bragg Gaming Group agreed a joint deal with sports betting supplier Kambi to provide a full suite of betting and gaming services to three Seneca Tribe casinos in New York.
