Atemi ties up 5 Star Traffic acquisition
Affiliate firm prepares for potential IPO with purchase of UK casino affiliate 5 Star Traffic
Atemi, the affiliate firm formerly known as Rise Project, has sealed the 100% acquisition of UK-focused casino affiliate business 5 Star Traffic.
According to its website, 5 Star Traffic has more than 20 years’ experience in online sales and PPC management and focuses on ‘delivering the highest calibre traffic to the best possible brands’.
Atemi has labelled 5 Star Traffic one of the largest UK casino affiliates, spending in excess of £12m per year on premium media buying.
Paddy Power, Betfair, Dunder, Casumo and PartyCasino are all clients of 5 Star Traffic.

Atemi COO Manuel Berndörfler said: “We’re pleased to announce the addition of 5 Star Traffic to the group.
“We will continue to operate the business independently but take advantage of the synergies and insight available to the media buyers and account management teams.

Monaco-headquartered Atemi underwent a corporate rebrand at the beginning of July and is gearing up for a potential IPO in the coming months.
