Bet365 launches new poker and casino apps
Operator releases two new apps in as many weeks as mobile push continues
Bet365 has released two new apps in as many weeks to take its mobile product portfolio to five as the operator continues its mobile gaming push.
New casino and poker apps were launched on 16 and 23 October respectively, adding to its existing sports betting, bingo and live casino apps.
Bet365 Casino includes table and card games as well as a number of slot and scratch card games, while popular titles are aggregated under a featured games tab at the top of the screen.
The poker app includes a basic lobby that separates games into cash tables and speed games, and users can highlight games under a âfavouritesâ tab on the sidebar.
While bet365âs apps do not yet possess single sign-on, customers can navigate between the sportsbook and casino app within two clicks using the âmore appsâ icon on the top right of the appâs welcome page.
The double launch comes amid something of a mobile push for the operator after a new advertising campaign for its bingo business placed mobile at the forefront of the brand.
The sports betting app has also been given a number of upgrades in recent months and in July bet365 reported that its mobile sportsbook revenue for the 12 months ended March 2014 had doubled year-on-year, while mobile gaming channels also reported âsignificant growthâ.
