Betsson Group inks GiG Comply marketing compliance deal
Operator becomes latest firm to sign up for GiG’s affiliate compliance service
Betsson Group has agreed a deal with fellow operator Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) that will see the firm utilise its GiG Comply screening tool.
Under the new agreement, GiG Comply will scan all Betsson web pages, images and URL’s to ensure compliance with regulations in respective jurisdictions on a daily basis.
The tool can also produce detailed analytics and reports into marketing campaigns, including mentions of the Betsson brand online. It aims to help protect operators from promotion on websites which are not brand-safe.
Ronni Hartvig, CCO at Betsson, said he looked forward to working with GiG Comply, adding that the deal would reinforce the firms existing compliance processes.
“The product will support us in guaranteeing that affiliate activity and marketing is compliant and sustainable,” Hartvig added.
Betsson is the latest firm to sign up with GiG Comply following the lead of other operators including Mr Green, Kindred, bet365, SuprNation and affiliate network Matching Visions earlier this year.
Richard Brown, GiG COO, said GiG was keen to support Betsson in protecting its brands and end users using the GiG Comply tool.
“Our leading marketing and compliance technology will allow Betsson Group to keep even more control of its affiliate marketing,” Brown added.
