Bwin.party launches âground-breakingâ sportsbook app update
New gesture-based update to sports betting app also features âindustry firstâ Slider Blackjack game
Bwin.party has released a new gesture-based update to its sports betting app it has labelled as industry âground-breakingâ due to its gesture-based design and intuitive interface.
The app, made available to iOS and Android devices as of today, has been designed around usersâ fingertips and how they interact with their phone, allowing them to swipe between betting markets and product verticals quickly.
Bwin has also claimed an industry first with its new Slider Blackjack game that has bolstered the appâs integrated casino content. The mini-game can be played alongside betting and customers can slide between it and the bet slip by swiping on the screen.
Customers can use a new slider at the top of the screen to âflickâ between different sports and a âtodayâ section has been added to collate the most popular sporting events of that particular day.
Quick betting has also been added with various betting selections being made accessible on the front screen. Customers can add the bets they want using one touch, collecting them in the new bet slip which can be accessed at the top of the screen.
Bwin said the new navigation was designed to provide customers with multiple entry points and âquick divesâ into sports betting markets, reducing the time in which it takes customers to place a bet upon opening the app.
The full release follows a trial launch under the operatorâs bwin.es label earlier this year which the company said was met with âoutstanding customer feedbackâ.
âOur customers demand the very best betting experience from us and with this update, that is exactly what we are delivering,â Sam Sadi, director of sports labels at bwin, said.
