Hills launches NetEnt casino games
Operator releases games after signing a content agreement with NetEnt in September
UK operator William Hill has officially launched a range of new games provided by NetEntertainment on its online casino network.
The release of the online mobile and desktop casino titles follows a deal signed between the two companies last month, the latest in wave of similar agreements NetEnt has signed with UK-facing operators.
In July the software supplier signed multi-year partnerships with Ladbrokes and 888 in line with NetEnt’s aim to gain a 27% share of the UK online casino market, an area chief executive Per Eriksson described as having “big growth potential”.
“We have worked closely together to ensure this successful integration and commercial launch. This is an exciting day for William Hill’s players,” said Björn Krantz, chief of GMO and MD Net Entertainment Malta.
Last week William Hill announced a 28% year-on-year online operating profit loss for Q3 2013 with casino revenues down 2%. However, the Gibraltar-based operator has continued to see strong growth in mobile sportbook with turnover up 115%.
