Mobile Poker Club launches fast-fold
Next! Poker product from Curaçao-licensed operator is available on desktop, mobile and tablet
Curaçao-licensed mobile poker operator Mobile Poker Club has launched a mobile-optimised fast-fold poker offering.
Next! Poker, developed in-house by the company, is available for real-money and play-money across mobile, tablet and desktop, and is compatible with the iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod), Android, Java and Symbian operating systems.
The tables are accessible from the regular client, with real-money stakes starting as low as $0.02/0.04. The addition of the fast-fold offering follows the rollout of multi-tabling functionality in February this year.
Mobile Poker Club, which went live for real-money play in January, claims to be the biggest mobile-only poker operator with more than 2.5 million registered users.
“The games at Mobile Poker Club just got a whole lot faster and more exciting with the launch of Next! Poker,” spokesman Mike Hamilton said, adding that the number of hands played increases between five-fold and ten-fold on the new variant.
“We’ve invested a great deal of time and effort into developing our fast-fold variant and we are sure customers are going to absolutely love always being at the heart of the action without having to wait for opponents to finish playing their hands,” he added.
A number of other operators have launched mobile fast-fold offerings this year, with Full Tilt’s Rush Poker for iOS among the more recent.
