Mr Green repositions itself as “broader entertainment company”
Operator to focus on social games and tournaments to boost entertainment value and customer retention
Mr Green is to rebrand itself as “a broader entertainment company” in an effort to improve its customer retention, group CEO Per Norman has said.
Speaking to EGR Intel, Norman said the firm would continue to focus on organic growth by introducing more social games and tournaments.
“In order to maintain profitability you need to keep your customers, that’s more important than attracting new ones.
“To do so you have to give them entertainment and excitement so they aren’t enticed by another operator’s offer,” Norman added.

Mr Green’s Reel Thrill tournament
He said the firm was enjoying higher retention levels in recent months thanks to its recent Reel Thrill slots tournament, and revealed plans for more of the same in the coming months.
“We expect to see more social games going forward, and we will grow from a casino site to become an igaming company with a much broader product.”
To support this, the firm is in the process of overhauling its sportsbook product to include new widgets for tennis and football and content provided by BettorLogic.
“We’re also looking to shape up the look and feel and make it more Mr Green. We’re adding more on top of it so it becomes more customised, both in respect of the Mr Green brand but also towards the actual customer,” Norman explained.
