Unibet makes France play with PSG betting partnership
Kindred-owned operator replaces PMU as official betting partner of French title winners
Unibet has become the official betting partner of French football champions Paris Saint-Germain in a two-year deal worth a reported €1.5m a year, according to French news outlet L’Equipe.
Unibet has secured branding and digital sponsorship at the club’s the Parc des Princes stadium and replaces state-run horseracing body PMU as PSG’s official betting partner.
Mathieu Drida, general manager of Kindred France, said: “We are delighted to become the official online betting partner of Paris Saint-Germain.
“With Paris Saint-Germain, Unibet intends to increase its reputation throughout Europe and offer its players exclusive content, closer to the game,” he added.

The Ligue 1 outfit boasts the world’s most expensive player in Brazilian forward Neymar.
PSG sponsoring director Marc Armstrong said: “We are delighted to welcome Unibet to the Paris Saint-Germain family.
“We both share the same spirit of conquest, a passion for football and a strong desire to impose our brand in very competitive markets.
“By joining forces with Paris Saint-Germain, Unibet will gain great visibility both in the stadium and in the virtual community of Paris Saint-Germain.”
