This weekâs news round-up includes updates from BetVictor, Unibet and Betsson, and Ladbrokes bolsters its online casino offering
BetVictor added to its recently re-released Spincast app with the addition of push notifications which the operator will use to inform customers of any enhanced specials, similar to how the operator engages with customers on its Instabet app. The app has also had its performance improved and added full player names to its selection reel to remove any confusion.
Other operators to roll-out app updates this week include Unibet, which made a series of bug fixes to improve its sportsbook appâs stability, and Betsson, which launched an iPad-optimised version of its sports and casino betting app and a Football 2014 portal which pulls together content and analysis from sports journalists.
Online casino firm Vera&John has added a range of HTML5 mobile games provided by Microgaming-powered Quickfire to its mobile app. The operator said the deal would help it provide personalised casino offers by using Quickfireâs localised casino content, which is available in a total of 20 different languages.
Ladbrokes has added Betdigitalâs Super Pots Bar-X slots game to its mobile casino offering after agreeing a deal with the firm. The title will be made available on Ladbrokesâ mobile apps using Betdigitalâs SystemX interface, and Ladbrokes Digital head of product Richard Poole said the game would strengthen the operatorâs portfolio.
Gala Coral has signed a deal with Scientific Games subsidiary Williams Interactive which will see it launch a portfolio of mobile-optimised casino games. Gala Coral will integrate with Williamsâ Remote Game Server and roll-out a number of titles in a deal similar to the one bwin.party signed with the casino games supplier earlier this year.
