This weekâs round-up includes the launch of Nektanâs white label mobile platform and Betfair adding to its mobile payment options
Mobile casino developer Nektan has launched a white-label mobile casino platform with its first partner Chomp Casino. The product will initially launch with 14 HTML5 slot games, however a native iOS app is set to launch in the coming months. âWeâre working with a number of other partners who will be going live shortly on our platform,â Gary Shaw, chairman at Nektan, said.
Betfair bolstered its mobile payment options with the addition of Ukashâs voucher-based payment processing service. Customers that pass through identity verification will be able to deposit onto their mobile betting account using unique codes that can be brought from stores across the UK, while the withdrawal system works in reverse.
Sports betting solutions provider SBTech is to launch a new mobile sportsbook designed specifically for the Asian market. The solution will comprise a network management system, full back office suite and a sportsbook that incorporates popular betting types in Asia such as handicaps and over/under options.
Trinity Mirror is planning to incorporate a betting platform into its Rugby Addicts app ahead of next yearâs Rugby Union World Cup in a similar move to the Mirror Football app it has recently launched in association with Paddy Power. Speaking to sister publication eGaming Review Matt Colebourne, director of new business development at Trinity Mirror, said it was âhighly likelyâ other sports would soon follow.
Colossus Bets launched its flagship football pools betting product on mobile last week with a new iOS app. The app incorporates the operatorâs fractional cash out feature seen on the desktop site and the firm has signed a deal with mobile analytics firm Element Wave to supply push messaging capabilities.
