William Hill launches £10k World Cup bet guarantee
Operator follows up on ITV horse racing promotion with minimum bet liability offer for Russia 2018
William Hill has announced a new minimum bet guarantee offer for Russia 2018 by allowing punters to bet to win £10,000 on certain markets in World Cup matches.
For the duration of the tournament, the UK bookmaker has pledged to accept bets with a minimum £10,000 liability on single selections in all 90 minute markets.
The promotion will apply to all William Hill punters, restricted or otherwise, and follows the success of the operator’s £1,000 minimum bet guarantee on ITV’s televised horse racing.
The offer is currently available for all opening group stage matches at the tournament, while the guarantee will apply to online bets immediately and retail wagers on the day of the match.
Hills group trading director Terry Pattinson said: “We aspire to be the bookmaker of choice for the World Cup and we hope this commitment will encourage customers to choose William Hill for the tournament’s duration.
“The offer follows in the footsteps of our Saturday horse racing guarantee, which has had a significant amount of positive feedback,” he added.
